RPMTransaction instance has no attribute '_ts_time'

Dear yum list,

We have a problem.We have a several number of home made rpms. However
we sometimes get the error "RPMTransaction instance has no attribute
'_ts_time'". I have thought it was about yum-tsflags package. However
even it is installed we get the error.

Do you have any remarks?
