1. You seam to have python-devel installed. check version with "rpm -qa 
python-devel". If it is newer then you downloaded, then remove it with 
"rpm -e python-devel". If it is older then you downloaded then update it 
with "rpm -Uvh --force python-devel"

2. You need to also download and install "python-libs-i386" package.
