yum via socks 4/5 proxy

Hi all. I want to to use yum via socks 4/5 proxy. I read about tsocks app.
tsocks used to work in Fed 17. But tsocks and yum do not work together in
Fed 18. Can yum be configured to download packages via socks proxy directly?
Can yum.conf handle this?
