Is it possible to protect a specific kernel-release with echo kernel-nnn > /etc/yum/protected.d/kernel.conf Have tried but it still removes stated releases. You have known working kernel-nnn, but you still want to update kernels versionlock would prevent the updates. yum-3.4.3-106.fc20.noarch -- Regards, Frank www.frankly3d.com
