No module named yummain

Hi,

I get the following error when executing Yum on CentOS 6.7:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/yum", line 28, in <module>
    import yummain
ImportError: No module named yummain

I found plenty of resources related to broken Yum installations, but all
solutions are for specific modules or commands.

The last time I used Yum I updated it, I think.

I appreciate any pointers you can give me, please.
