We have seen that here, too. It seems that the new target in the 
rsbac_adf_set_attr call after forking a process does not provide a 
pointer to the new pid struct. We are investigating this.

This bug means that new processes do not get correct attributes from 
any module, including AUTH, CAP, RC, etc. It could even be the cause 
for the mod_fcgi problem you reported before.
