The errors look like merging problems. Please look into your code at the error
places and compare to the code at git.rsbac.org.
Specially the "<<" errors look like merge markings, which have not been
resolved.
The enums are correct this way, enum rsbac_rc_special_rights_t is an extension
of enum rsbac_adf_request_t.
