Makefile

Hi list,

why use rsbac not the header information in the Makefile to declare an 
extraversion?
In the moment is it hidden deep in Makefile. Easy for grep but not for 
emerge .
If I use something linux-3.2.18-rsbac as source the emerge script, 
which I dont exactly
add -rsbac to the field extraversion if is not set already.
As result in kernel name:

     vmlinuz-3.2.18-rsbac-rsbac-sec-14

I use localversion to append -sec-14 in the kernel source tree.
