irc handbook organization and planning discussion

Hi folks, I think we need to talk in the irc about our handbook. I
think we should make structural changes in it. But of course I need
your opinions, critics and other stuff you could think of interest.

Kang, Michal, Amon, and everyone who has participated in any aspect in
RSBAC, could you get into the irc? Which days and in which hours would
have you available to get in there?. Normally at least I could be
present weekends and inside week, at afternoons.

We could focus too in which aspects in the handbook should be improved
first, I would do it (the only one I don't have deep knowledge is PM),

I have already added some info in CAP but it could be modified soon in
the future (for example putting together CAP description and
configuration because I think it would be more clear to the reader).

To save your mind health, we could do some way to organize commits to
them  (something like having an "unstable handbook" and after
stabilized commit them to stable handbook)
