RC setup

Hi list,

here is a testing for RC setup. Not ready

Now occurs a problem. I have set the rc_type_fd 0 on "/" and set only
read access to this fd type.

So far ok but in secmode the "/proc" or "/dev" problem is there.

Its looks like is a better solution on every main directory just put a
fd like the directory name to not touch "/proc" and "/dev" until the
system is finish with boot.
