FF helper script

Hi list, 

I have wrote a script called shields thats simple use FF module to
protect files and directories while runtime.

For testing
http://hg.kasten-edv.de/rsbac-tools/file/ff4c9930775d/bin/shields

I tested as "shields --full on -v" when the system is fully booted and
sofar not problems. In moment I did set no_execute on shutdown so the
system can't reboot just in case.
