rsbac porting to kernel-4.13.0-r4

Hi list,

I read that the next lts kernel will be the 4.14 but I need for my arm 
devices a newer kernel then the 4.9 so I ported.

Linux firewall 4.13.0-rc4-rsbac+ #1 SMP Wed Aug 16 18:59:23 CEST 2017 
armv7l ARMv7 Processor rev 5 (v7l) Allwinner sun8i Family GNU/Linux

The first try is booting but the userspace is not working.
