kernel 4.9.52

Hi list,

after the kernelversion 4.9.51 then kernel does not boot anymore. He 
hang very early while booting.
I use the rsbac repo. Maybe I can collect more info later but even on 
serial console just printing "Starting kernel ..."
I try on arm and x86 both not working.
