Hello, 

I have try to ping my router from sentinix console, it's working. 

Another question, if modify the timing for refresh, is it dangerous for nagios ? because by default it's 90s.

I don't have any problem with my router cisco. But it can be that there is
an access-list on the router for the ping! Did you already try a ping from
console? Does it work?
I guess that it's not a problem related to your installation but with the
Cisco.
