[sentinix-list] scanning proxy

Does anyone have a "How To" or can provide me the necessary steps to
setup PostFix/SpamAssassin/mailfilter to act as a scanning proxy server.
I would like to relay all inbound mail through the Sentinix box and
clean the garbage out before passing the mail on to my Exchange server.
