Hi Luis,
Use the "useradd" ("man useradd" for info) command to add new users in Sentinix.
As a standard, root login via ssh isnt desired. SSH to the box as any other user and then su to root. I intend to setup RSA authentication on mine as well but havent gotten that far yet ;)
welcome to the list btw!

Subject: [sentinix-list] ssh and sftp access
Hi everybody!!
First of all congratulations for sentinix!! It a splendid work..
It save me hours of configuration and debugging.
I also would like to access my sentinix server by ssh to personalize some
stuff I need in order to run my testing. I only managed to get access to
sentinix via ssh configuring the file previously refered
/etc/ssh/sshd_config and allow root login.
When I need to add a user in Slackware I use a script adduser and I easily
add users. Is there any similar script that I can use in sentinix?
Or someone can explain an easy way to add users?
Regards
Luís Palma
PS: I think ntop will be the cherry in the top of the cake called
sentinix
.Im anxious waiting for next sentinix release.
