Don't use telnet login, it's insecure! *especially* in a DMZ!!!
You shouldn't use ftp either, it's also insecure! ;)

How to reload inetd?
killall -HUP inetd

The ftp daemon in Sentinix is pure-ftpd, you'll have to start it at the
command line, or use "setup" and choose to load the FTP service
(sh /etc/rc.d/rc.ftpd start).
