Mine stopped running as well when I was getting statical info from Cacti.
My guess is it was because I was going into the detail view of the 30
subinterfaces we have while not letting it finish loading the summary page
with more than just the 30 graphs. I logged in on the console and deleted
all of the logs (the apache error log was 299MB) and went ahead and deleted
the rrdtool logs as well. Then I just rebooted the system and everything
was back up and running.

Hmm, maybe you had a bad initial install or bad media?

I've got 5 Sentinix boxes running with uptime approaching 100 days without
an error... mine are default installs except for webmin.

This is the only box your getting this on? Burn your ISO images again and
see what happens?

Found a pointer to a zlib problem:

"The error message is coming from zlib (probably from the
"inflate" function), and indicates that there is something
wrong with the compressed image data that it is trying to
decode.

If you can capture a copy of the PNG traffic analysis image,
you can send it to me as an email attachment to analyze.

Incidentally, zlib version 1.1.3 and earlier are subject to
certain buffer overflows, so make sure you have version
1.1.4."

Try to update zlib ...............
