[sentinix-list] Install error

I keep getting this error message when i try to install

tar: Bad tar header, skipping
tar: Bad tar header, skipping
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors

Error - untar of /cdrom/sentinix.tgz failed !
Inspect the message (if any) above and expedite !

Is it a bad download or copy?
