Location Skolelinux developer gathering is at The University of Bergen, March 27-29

I got feedback form the University of Bergen, offering four seminar rooms 
for the Skolelinux/Debian Edu developer gathering. 

I don't got all the details yet, since network access and other minor 
tasks are looked into, and sorted out as we speak. We will return with 
more info at a later stage.
