accommodations at the gathering in oslo 30 oktober

Information regarding accommodations for the upcoming oslo gathering.

Unfortunatly we can not use the school for sleepingbags on this
gathering. This means we have no gratis solution for accommodation.

To compensate we will book, and pay for, rooms at cochspensjonat [1].
For this we require information about who require frisk to book for
them. You can write yourself up on the wikipage [2].  Or you can email
[email protected]  if you require accommodation.

we will require this information by Monday the 19th.  We will offcourse
help you, with our best effort. Even if you miss this deadline, or join
the gathering, at a later time. But no guarantees.

If you allready have booked for yourself, or made other arrangements:
Write your hotel costs on the travel reimbursement form after the
gathering. but be aware that you may end up having to cover what's above
the cost of a shared cochspensjonat room your self.

If you have space, and possibility for a sleepover guest in your private
homes in oslo this weekend.  It would be great if you would announce
this on the [email protected] list. and make direct
arrangenments with your lucky guest. This would save frisk money and
allow us to cover more of the accommodation costs for everyone.
