Various issues have been resolved in the bookworm maintenance branch of
debian-edu-router. These changes should finally land in Debian bookworm.

Debian Edu Router is a series of scripts that turn a minimal vanilla
Debian system into a firewall / router. The whole configuration is
preseedable and thus all magic is in the Debian packaging scripts.

[ Reason ]
Three functionality fixes are shipped in this upload:

  * Fix dnsmasq conf generation for networks over VLAN.
  * Prevent always showing not-implemented dialog.
  * Only generate UIF filter rules for SSH on the 'Uplink'
    interface if the interface is defined.

Furthermore, this uploads adds:

  * A fix to the README.
  * Translation updates for debconf dialogs.

[ Impact ]
People who tinker with debian-edu-router will face problems when setting
up VLANs, when enabling SSH service, when reconfiguring the network
settings.

[ Tests ]
Manually. (FAI installation from ISO and pkg installation on minimal
Debian 12 system).

[ Risks ]
None for most of our Debian users. Only people you try out
debian-edu-router might be affected.
