Adding a bunch of translated files:

Note these plugin-* PO files were originally formatted as ASCII but 
Poedit complained about it, had to format them as UTF-8, i.e., 

The original PO file header:
"Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ASCII\n"

Was changed to: 
"Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8\n"

Kindly check this is fine before uploading the files to avoid 
unexpected results when displaying these messages.
