GnuTLS Development Files on Slackware-current

Does anyone know where I can find the dev files for gnutls?  I'm trying 
to compile pan 0.137 and the configure script keeps reporting that there 
is no gnutls on the system.

I have binaries for gnutls-cli, gnutls-cli-debug and gnutls-serv. 
Version v2.12.7 for all.

There's nothing on SlackBuild.  I'm running Slackware-current that I 
installed only a couple of days ago.  And I elected to install pretty 
much everything.
