last firefox update lost mimetype

Has anyone seen this issue? After the last update to firefox, my
firefox on slackware 14 has "forgotten" about x-bittorrent file types
and marks them as a binary so I only get the save to location option
instead of the "open with" or save to location box I was getting. I
have run out ideas on what to look for as I can find nothing in
about:config or my mimetypes files that has changed.
