You have attempted to upgrade glibc on your system and now you need to 
restore it, this is the tutorial that will fix your problems.

However, make sure you are running the same version as the install 
media, the glibc may work on 14.0 and 13.37 but it may not. It will 
definitely not work if you put the x64 version on i386 system or vice versa.
