Difficult for servers where accuracy is a must, that said the awesome
thing about slackware is, you can build it yourself if you're in a
critical infrastructure situation - although then you shouldnt be
serving to all en sundry, however, expect 4.2.8.1 soon to overcome some
build problems, IIRC mostly for BSD which is meh for us ;) 

That said, if your build fails due to some nano BS in nntploop or
something (forget the exact errors) add into /usr/include/sys/timex.h
after: define MOD_CLKA the line: 

#define MOD_NANO ADJ_NANO 

and rebuild...
