I think that since the last update, that date back
Sun Jan 17 02:28:42 UTC 2016 as shown in the ChangeLog:
https://slackbuilds.org/ChangeLog.txt
submissions for 14.1 are frozen to concentrate to adaptation
to upcoming 14.2.

There could be some ways to get upcoming updates from git repositories
though, admins can tell you more.
