   Check your /var/log/packages; you should have slackpkg-2.82.1-noarch-3
and, possibly, slackpkg+-1.7.0-noarch-5mt installed. Make sure that you do.
Then, as root, run
 	slackpkg update
when it completes, run
 	slackpkg upgrade-all
and go have a cup of coffee while all patched packages are applied.

   I've upgraded/installed 14.2 on both 32- and 64-bit hosts here and always
run slackpkg+ to update them from the versions on the installation DVD.

   Repeat this when you are notified of patched packages being available.
I'm not sure of which maillist provides this because I've been subscribed to
it for so long.
