   Interesting results. Both alpine-2.21 and imapd-2.21 built and upgraded
without complaint, with the current alpine instance closed.

   Alpine-2.21 opened just fine, but when I tried to test it by forwarding a
message in my INBOX alpine crashed immediately upon my pressing 'f' on the
keyboard. This happened three times so I downloaded alpine-2.20 and
imapd-2.20 and replaced the newer versions with the older ones.

   I'll test if you suggest how to help determine why the new version is
crashing when I go to forward a message.
