The slackbuilds for 14.0 are tested and known to build with the
versions that are listed for ptlib, opal and ekiga:

ptlib Libraries 2.10.9  14.0
opal  Libraries 3.10.9  14.0
ekiga Network   4.0.0   14.0

There is a patch included with the opal slackbuild to fix some issues
with the ffmpeg code.  As long as you use the original slackbuild and
patch it /should/ work.

Unfortunately, I don't have a 14.0 system so I can't really help any
further.  That version of opal failed to build on 14.2 when I tried
it.

14.2 might be old, but unless you have a /very/ good reason to stick
with 14.0 I recommend upgrading.
