I noticed this message in my system logs after replacing the motherboard. "An unexpected IO-APIC was found. If this kernel release is less than three months old please report this to [email protected]" The MB is an ASUS P4S533-MX, quite old, early 2003. Attached is a complete dmesg for kernel 2.4.36.9 Duane.
