Please permit me to send you this message.I am James N Kotey from Sierra Leon,the only son of late Mr Kenneth A.Kotey a diplomatic director attached to OCC (Oversees Credit 
Commission).

My father was diabetic since over 5 years and he died last last year on march 2ND.My father takes away funds as a consignment for some top government personals in west african region mostly the oil reach countries in west africa.

Before the date of my father,he told me that he deposited a consignment contains US$9 MILLION dollars with a security company which he wanted to deliver to abroad .According to him he told the security company that he wanted to deliver the consignment to the owner in overseas.But it is quite unfortunate that my father could not survive illness.

Now the finance company have given me notice to present that my father's customer who has the consignment.The company have assured me that if i can present the owner of the consignment they will appoint one of their registered diplomat to deliver the consignment to his/her country direct to his/her home. 

Based on this development,i seek for your assistance to assist me stand as that my father's customer overseas who has the consignment.Then i will share the fund with you.
