no space left on device

hi,

I have a problem, when i doing make_inst_disk get the error message
"no space left on device".
I've seen the other mails in SuSE list and i've tried tw0 solutions:
1. to create bootdisk.new with 'dd' amd the next mounts
2. i put in my alice-tags the next:
    <SYS_INITRD_SIZE>2550</SYS_INITRD_SIZE>
    <SYS_INITRD_INODES>2550</SYS_INITRD_INODES>

But the error message continue get it.

Before, when i was doing with SuSE 7.1 the error doesn't get me,
but now with the distribution 7.3 there is the error message.

Any solution else?
