Problem with logging

We'd like to log on a remote host, thats why I have the following tag in 
one of the sys-files:

<SYS_ALICE_LOGGER_FACILITY>10.10.139.100</SYS_ALICE_LOGGER_FACILITY>
<SYS_ALICE_LOGGER_DEST>/var/log/[email protected]</SYS_ALICE_LOGGER_DEST>

This sys.tcf is working, as it also contains the Install-Server ...

But the new host still logs local (/var/log/).
And the files are called 'alice_*'

What's wrong?
