alice still continued for suse 8.x ?

Hello,

since alice doesn't seems to be on the suse 8.0 installation media,
I'm a bit concerned: Will alice be continued? (Or is there a successor?)
(One can understand, what it needs some adjustment for the new
configuration file structure,
but unluckily I haven't seen any remark at all about alice in the change
notes.)

Is there a download-location? Any more current documentation than on the
SuSE 7.3 media ?
(The newest stuff on alice I've found on the suse webpage was from SuSE 7.2
...)
