Dear All Linuxer, I've solved my problem since my Suse 8.0 could read NTFS partition on Windows XP. So this is how I make it happened (regarding to Christian Schoepplein [[email protected], Silviu Marin-Caea [[email protected]] & Stuart Powell [[email protected]]): 1. I make directory on /mnt directory => mkdir /mnt/ntfs 2. I change the fstab file => /dev/hda1 /mnt/ntfs ntfs ro,noauto,user,umask=022 0 0 3. I restart the system. 4. I login as ordinarry user 5. I create shortcut on desktop to /dev/hda1, with Windows XP Name (what's a name??;-)) 6. So, everytime I click that WindowsXP Icon, Konqueror will display the windows XP partition. All files in that partition could copied on my document directory. Many Thanks to all off you, Hangga -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
