Hanging on Suse 8.2 install

I'm trying to install the Suse 8.2 through FTP without success. Everything goes well until the stage where the installer downloads programs to fill the 45.8 MB RAM disk. My computer just hangs when there is less than 5% left to download. I've tried it several times and sometimes the caps lock and scroll lock leds start to blink. Any suggestion?
