SuSE 9.0 installation "ERROR: no proposal"

Hi,

I'm trying to install SuSE 9.0 on my notebook from
DVD. Everything works fine until I reach the step
where you should be able to select the software
packages.
Here under software I get the following error:
"ERROR: no proposal".
So SuSE won't let me choose a software selection or
any packages and continue the installation.

Any suggestions on how to solve the problem so I can
select packages and finish the installation are
greatly appreciated?
