Is your /dev/sda1 is ntfs? or fat32?
If it is fat32 you can change the option ntfs to vfat, so it will look like 
this:
/dev/sda1 /data1/windows/D vfat ro,users,gid=users,umask=0002,nls=utf8 0 0
