Question about Alice

Hi.

I have a question about Alice, i have nfs, cvs up and running.

But i can't realy find out how the config files work, what order they
are loaded...

Would it be possible for some body to send me a working copy of a set of
config files. we are using SuSE 7.3

Is there a GUI for it some where ??
