Here the runlevel is set to "3".

I guess this simply means 4 isn't supported out of 123456, which is the
plain truth.


I'm not sure your issue is related to the runlevel -- I got the same
lines in a successfully installed 12.2 system.

What does your /var/log/messages say?  Are there some unexpected
messages about the network?

I sure don't have any "<configure>" tag in my autoyast profile.  But
then, I guess, neither have you :)

I didn't any tests on 12.3 (including alpha, beta, rc) yet.  It should
be still supported, though.

My guess is, there is currently no openSUSE maintainer for autoyast or
(s)he has a more pressing workload.
