Re: SUSE-12.3 weirdness

Sorry, my previous suggestion about adding a <file> into your profile 
will not fix the problem, because these files are written only after the 
problem occurs.

Hence, try adding the following chroot script to your AY profile:

   <scripts>
     <chroot-scripts config:type="list">
       <script>
         <!-- FIXING BNC#801878 -->
         <filename>chroot_bugfixing_801878.sh</filename>
         <source><![CDATA[#!/bin/bash
         #Fix ag_initscripts according to BNC#801878
         sed -i 's/.*\(\/sbin\/runlevel.*\)/SYSTEMCTL_OPTIONS="" \1/' 
/mnt/usr/lib/YaST2/servers_non_y2/ag_initscripts]]>
         </source>
       </script>
     </chroot-scripts>
   </scripts>

This script adds SYSTEMCTL_OPTIONS="" in front of the call to 
/sbin/runlevel which causes the hang in my case. It *should* work like 
this, although I have not tested it myself :-)

Please consider this as a workaround until an updated yast package is 
available. There may be a more elegant way to fix the problem.
