Sorry, I did a mistake it is not a BIOS but a Milo problem. Under (only
German) http://sdb.suse.de/sdb/de/html/sschmitt_axp_milo-reboot.html it
says that reboot does not work on ARC-or NT-BIOS with some Graphic-boards.
But it does not name any make. May be this has been solved with the
last Milo release.

Isnt there a workaround?
I thought there be a patch or something by now.
As far as i thought i knew, the "reboot call" is just at call to a bios 
adress...
