I don't seem to have /usr/cyrus/bin/master, but i do have
/usr/lib/postfix/master which already starts on bootup. I am assuming that
this is the same thing. It also appears that imap is doing its thing since
the internal users use imap to check mail. I'm starting to think that
this may not even be a imap problem, though i do not see an imapd proccess
which concens me.

Do you or anyone else know of an issue that would cause the imp weblogin
to fail?
