Problem with adding/deleting users via SuSe mailever web interface

Hello,

I recently tried adding a new user to my mail server using the SuSe mail
server II web interface but ran into a problem. It seems that while adding
the user, the process gets hung up on create_user.pl for about 10 mins.

The user eventually gets added, but the process is incomplete, as there
are no new entries in the mailboxes file, and now directory created for
the user in /var/spool/imap/user where are the userinfo is kept
(cyrus.cache cyrus.header old public sent-mail etc...)

The user can send mail via IMP web interface, but incomming mail reveals
the following log message..


Apr 10 09:18:20 mail postfix/pipe[8334]: 1DAB621C0EC:
to=<[email protected]>, relay=procmail, delay=32426,
status=deferred (temporary failure. Command output: procmail: Couldn't
read "/etc/imap/procmail/akshun" akshun: Mailbox does not exist _
procmail: Program failure (67) of "/usr/cyrus/bin/deliver" )

the strange thing is, I do not actually keep mailboxes in
/etc/imap/procmail/ for the other users, which function just fine. 


When trying to delete the user, i also hangs on the delete_user.pl script
for a while, and my web browser complains that the page is unreachable.

Any Help would greatly be appreciated.
