This does not matter. mkinitrd tries to create 2 initrds by default.
One is for vmlinuz, the other is for vmlinuz.shipped. This makes it
easier to have a second kernel besides the original kernel. Normally
only vmlinuz is there.

this only fits if you copied the vmlinuz file to vmlinuz-2.4.19
and it's assuming that /dev/sda1 is /boot and /dev/sda3 is /.
If your setup is different, you have to adjust the device numbers
and paths.
