Re: Install 8.1 on alpha XL (ARC console)

Hi Franco,

look in the directory: 

ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/axp/supplementary/8.1/milo

Copy your appripriate milo to a floppy and also the linload.exe (or 
ldmilo.exe) to the same floppy.
Then create a CD with the boot ISO image under:

ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/axp/supplementary/8.1/boot/boot.iso

This is a CD-Image to boot from milo.

I had severe problems running milo on my pc164 board and therefor i was 
told to install srm. From this time no further problems :)
Hope you will have more luck than me ...
