[General]Openssh install error

Hi again!

I have at an earlier question gotten the answer to why sshd keygeneration 
failed on 8.1 (my system is to old)

I got new openssl/openssh rpm's pointed out to me,but i cant install them..

openssl-0.9.6g-38.alpha.rpm
openssh-3.5p1-45.alpha.rpm

As i do rpm -i openssh-3.5p1-45.alpha.rpm
I get failures regarding missed privileged user.

The sshd user and group is missing
So i created them manually.
And the rpm installs fine.

After a init 1 > init 3 recycle to reload everything i get:

generating /etc/ssh/ssh_host_key.
Generating public/private rsa1 key pair.
1605: open failed: No such file or directory
Saving the key failed.

Generating /etc/ssh/ssh_host_dsa_key.
Generating public/private dsa key pair.
1606: open failed: No such file or directory
Saving the key failed.

Generating /etc/ssh/ssh_host_rsa_key.
Generating public/private rsa key pair.
1607: open failed: No such file or directory
Saving the key failed.

Starting SSH daemon
1609 Could not load host key: /etc/ssh/ssh_host_key
1609 Could not load host key: /etc/ssh/ssh_host_rsa_key
1609 Could not load host key: /etc/ssh/ssh_host_dsa_key
1609 Disabling protocol version 1 Could not load host key

The sshd is running, but wont accept calls..
I even tried vreating them by "touch <filename>" but the same thing
happens. "open fail"

What is wrong?
How do i correct that?
