headless UP1000

hi all,

quick question that i can't find a quick answer for ->>
i can't my UP1000 w/o having a keyboard plugged in. SRM stops with the
blue screen, no output.
is there not a jumper setting on the motherboard, or an SRM setting so i
can trust it reboots properly (it's co-located and rackmounted, so having
a keyboard plugged in all the time is not practical).

api-networks seem to have taken all the reference documentation from their
site, so i can't check the manual :<

also i can't get power-down on system halt, is there a way to either
just power-down before switching back to SRM, or some way to tell SRM to
do it?

would be great if anyone happens to know or has an idea, thanks -
